Refund Process

3. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Your license will then be deactivated. The product will then revert to trial version. If the trial dayssince trial begun have expired, your copy will no longer be usable as the trial will be over and the license key will not work.

• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if there is evidence of misuse or abuse of our product or of a violation of the terms of the license agreement of the product.

• This refund policy applies only to digital products purchased directly from our website.
